Caption blocks are automatic tools for inserting figures, tables and equations. For example, after downloading the template, place your mouse courser anywhere inside the document body and type f then press F3, see what happened !. If you want to do the caption block but in the document appendices, then instead of typing f, type fa then press F3. see what happened! The facilities used in this template works with any MS Word template.
